TROLLEY // WLS_01_M_1SJJK2T

01 KITCHEN - Structure | Cutting & Cleaning - Island/Trolley

"Configurable kitchen elements on wheels with reuse of the elements of the wall system to be fully compatible with universal box-edges"

• Category: Configurations
• Materials: 13 HPL (Trespa) sheet, C- mounting rails, Steel-L-Profiles, PP-Boxes
• Process: CNC Milling, Grinding, Drilling
• Software: Onshape, NanoCAD, Estl Cam, Kay
• Dimensions : H951,81 mm x L550 mm x W424 mm

These trolleys form a dynamic kitchen space by using the same “plug-in philosophy” as used on the walls, but then on wheels. Although the three trolleys we use consist of the same building blocks,
they all have an individual “theme”:
One for storing “wet” foods, combined with doing the dishes
One for storing “dry“ foods, combined with the cutting board
One for storage of kitchen utensils, combined with the dish drying rack function

Two frames consisting out of mitre cut c-profiles form the basis structure. They are held together using corner brackets, reversed t-nuts and set-screws. Rail bridges connect these frames and form both the sliding surface on with the box-edges glide as they profile structural rigidity.
